Peach Pie

A few weeks ago, I decided to make a peach pie for Sunday dinner. This pie was easy to make and tasted pretty good. This was my first attempt at using a lattice for the top.

#2 1/2 can yellow peach halves
1 stick of butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour
Cinnamon to taste, if desired

Drain peach halves and place in pie shell, cut up. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and beat, add flour. Spoon into the peach cups. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
